Wholesale Ordering

All of the items we sell retail are also available at wholesale rates, except for pre-packaged gift items. Prices are generally 50% of retail. Our minimum order is $150.00, with a minimum quantity of 6 per item/scent.

Generally orders for wholesale items in stock are shipped within 7 days. If the order is large, or any items are out of stock it can take longer. When you are ready to place your order we can give you an accurate prediction on when it will be shipped out.

We accept payment by check, money order, PayPal or any major credit card. Payment is due before the order is shipped; large orders and custom products may require a deposit.

Wholesale packages are shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. You are charged for the actual shipping costs, whatever they may be.

Wholesale orders are not accepted through our regular on-line shopping cart. You can send your order by e-mail or call us with what you want. Once we receive your information, we will send you a quote by e-mail. It will include the full amount, secure on-line payment options and other information.

Private Label

In addition to our normal stock items we also offer private label services. You can purchase any of our products and have your own custom label applied. Because we choose to make our products by hand and in relatively small batches, our minimum orders for Private Label stock are also relatively small.

Generally, the cost for private label includes a one-time design fee for your label plus a 10% premium on the regular wholesale price. The one-time design fee is based on the time necessary to get your label into a printable format. Each additional item and/or scent will require an additional design fee, but if the product line is fairly consistent then the time to modify the label design is fairly negligible.

Custom Scents and Formulations

Our "small batches" philosphy also allows us to offer products that are made or created to your exact specifications. Again, this can be done with relatively small minimums, thus giving you a high quality, unique product without a huge up-front investment.
